- Can sub banana for 1 Tbsp ground chia + 3 Tbsp water
- Use mass for measuring flour

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour (187.5g)
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups soy milk
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 banana, mashed
Directions
- Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Add in the soy milk, oil, and mashed banana. Fold the mixture onto itself until just combined.
