Hummus
Notes
- Use fresh garlic and lemon juice.
- Optionally add paprika or cilantro, drizzle with olive oil

Ingredients
- 2 cups chick peas, liquid set aside
- 1/3 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon (~1/4 cups)
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cloves garlic
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
