  1. Preheat oven to 350 f. Grease a 9x9 inch pan
  2. Grind chia and mix in aquafaba (or water) and set aside
  3. Sift & mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Set aside
  4. In a large bowl, mix together melted “butter”, brown sugar, and 100g (1/2 cup) white sugar until smooth. Stir in chia and vanilla
  5. Add in flour mixture, mix until just combined. Mix in apples and walnuts
  6. Spread in to pan, and sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar over it
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool in pan.
